Residential Roof Replacement in Wandsworth
Roof Replacement Wandsworth – This project involved a complete strip-back and rebuild of an existing residential roof in Wandsworth. The works included the removal of the existing roof covering, replacement of defective timber elements, repairs to supporting masonry, and the construction of a new insulated roof system designed to improve the property's energy performance.
New slate roofing, leadwork, gutters, soffits, decorative architectural details and rainwater goods were installed throughout the project. Solar panels were also incorporated as part of the refurbishment to help improve the building's energy efficiency and contribute towards achieving a B Energy Rating.
The completed roof replacement provides long-term weather protection, improved thermal performance and a high-quality finish, while maintaining the character of the property. Romero Contracts delivered the project in accordance with current building standards and energy-efficiency requirements.
