Project background and scope

Following significant water damage to a private residential property in Belgravia, Romero Contracts was appointed to carry out a full strip-out, reinstatement and high-quality refurbishment package.

The property was stripped back, cleaned down and fully prepared for refurbishment, with works carried out across the main living areas, bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, staircase and external courtyard. Our scope included internal refurbishment, wood flooring, staircase restoration, full window replacement, wallpapering, specialist decorating, bathroom upgrades, kitchen works, electrical upgrades and the installation of a new heat pump system.

The completed restoration took the property from water damage and strip-out to finished residential interiors.
